Job Title: Marketing & Sales Associate

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, INDIA

Job Category: Sales & Marketing

Work Mode: On-site

Office Hours: 03:30 PM – 12:30 AM

Experience: Entry to Intermediate (1–4 years preferred)


Roles Description

As a Marketing & Sales Associate, you will be a key member of our business development team, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, driving lead generation, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to closing. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to promote our services and products through targeted marketing efforts and effective sales strategies. Your role will require excellent communication, an understanding of customer behavior, and the ability to build strong client relationships to drive business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activity.
     
  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, networking, calls, and campaigns.
     
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, social media presence, and content marketing initiatives.
     
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
     
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, client communication, and sales pipeline.
     
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, product demos, and follow-up discussions.
     
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients through regular engagement and follow-ups.
     
  • Collaborate with internal departments (technical, tendering, operations) to ensure client needs are met.
     
  • Support planning and participation in trade shows, events, exhibitions, and webinars.
     
  • Report on sales activities, targets, and conversion metrics to the senior team.
     

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
     
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
     
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
     
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRMs (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), and MS Office tools.
     
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into client-friendly presentations.
     
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
     
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or events when required.
     
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
