Mr. Ankur Patil, Founder and CEO of Genesis Tech Engineers Pvt. Ltd., holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering and has 8+ years of experience in semiconductor factory infrastructure design. He worked at Intel in the U.S. and India, leading key initiatives including team building and vendor selection. In Oct 2023, he founded Genesis, which has grown 450% in 9 months, delivering critical infrastructure designs to Semiconductor Fabs Construction. Mr. Ankur is also a licensed Professional Engineer in Oregon, a distinction held by only ~2.5% of the state's population.

Mr. Shubham Patil, Co-founder and CTO of Genesis Tech Engineers Pvt. Ltd., leads the company’s technology operations and has built its entire tech backbone. With 4 years of prior experience as a software developer, he is also a Certified Ethical Hacker and skilled in software, web, and cloud development. He has developed 50+ web applications and several software solutions independently. His educational background includes a Master’s from the University of Washington and multiple diplomas in Computer and Software Engineering.

Director - Human Resource

Mrs. Neeta, Director - Human Resource at Genesis Tech Engineers Pvt. Ltd., holds an MS in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems from the University of South Florida. With deep expertise in electrical systems, she supports the electrical team and oversees company-wide administration and hiring. She has been pivotal in designing a rigorous interview process to ensure top talent joins the team. Her academic background includes a B.E. from University of Mumbai and a Diploma in Power Systems Analysis.

CFO - Director (Finance & Accounts)

Mr. Shantaram P. Patil, Chief Finance Officer at Genesis Tech Engineers Pvt. Ltd., brings over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. A Certified Cost Management Accountant, he previously served as Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts at MAHAGENCO, handling audits, budgeting, and project finances. At Genesis, he oversees all financial operations, ensuring sound fiscal management and strategic planning. His academic background includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Commerce from North Maharashtra University.
