Roles Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate at Genesis Tech Engineers will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role requires a dynamic HR professional who can drive the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our company's values and goals.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication, and resolving conflicts when they arise.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and career development.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and provide support to employees regarding benefits and policies.
- HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission, vision, and values. Continuously assess and improve HR processes.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop programs, and facilitate employee development opportunities.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace.
- Data and Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide insights to leadership.
- Change Management: Lead HR-related change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adaptation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, with a track record of successfully leading HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CIPD, SHRM etc.) is a plus.
